Eligibility and accounts

• You must provide accurate information, keep your account secure, and promptly update any material changes to your profile or business details.
• If you use JellyOtter on behalf of a company or brand, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including activity initiated through connected third-party services.

Connected third-party platforms

JellyOtter may allow you to connect social media or other third-party accounts. You authorize JellyOtter to access and use the information made available through those connections in accordance with your permissions, the applicable platform rules, and our Privacy Policy. You remain responsible for maintaining any rights, consents, and disclosures required for content or account data you choose to connect.

Campaigns, content, and payments

• JellyOtter may facilitate discovery, messaging, brief management, approvals, reporting, and payment coordination between creators and brands.
• Campaign-specific terms such as scope, timing, deliverables, pricing, usage rights, and acceptance criteria are determined by the parties involved unless JellyOtter expressly states otherwise.
• Payment timing may depend on milestone completion, deliverable approval, processor settlement, fraud screening, or tax verification steps.

Acceptable use

• You may not use JellyOtter to engage in unlawful, deceptive, infringing, abusive, or fraudulent conduct.
• You may not interfere with platform security, access controls, rate limits, or the experience of other users.
• You may not upload malware, scrape private information without authorization, impersonate others, or misuse direct messaging or campaign workflows.

Ownership and licenses

JellyOtter and its licensors retain all rights in the service, software, branding, and documentation. You retain ownership of the content and materials you submit, but you grant JellyOtter a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content solely as needed to operate, improve, and support the service.

Suspension, termination, and disclaimers

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk for other users, or exposed JellyOtter to legal or security harm. JellyOtter is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JellyOtter disclaims implied warranties and will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make a material change, we will post the revised Terms on this page and update the effective date above. Continued use of JellyOtter after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
